1，采用大屏幕點(diǎn)陣液晶顯示及智能化控制系統(tǒng)，并具有多種語(yǔ)言的人機(jī)對(duì)話界面，操作極為方便。
2，機(jī)器有精確的感應(yīng)器能自動(dòng)識(shí)別毛巾大小，并自動(dòng)調(diào)整合適的折疊寬度，通過橫折板進(jìn)行橫折折疊。
3，機(jī)器通過轉(zhuǎn)軸上的編碼器自動(dòng)測(cè)量毛巾長(zhǎng)度，并判定毛巾折疊方式，通過特有的正反轉(zhuǎn)和吹起裝置來實(shí)毛巾的第一次縱折折疊。
4，創(chuàng)新設(shè)計(jì)自動(dòng)適應(yīng)不同毛巾的折疊厚度，確保不同厚度毛巾的折疊效果，并順利進(jìn)入第二次縱折折疊。
5，第二次縱折折疊也是通過特有的正反轉(zhuǎn)和吹氣裝置來實(shí)現(xiàn)的，并增加了可調(diào)的傳送平臺(tái)傾斜度來確保毛巾的折疊效果。
6，出料精確定位、自動(dòng)技術(shù)堆碼、響應(yīng)速度快、工作周期短。
7，可根據(jù)不同客戶的需求進(jìn)行編程控制，可實(shí)現(xiàn)手動(dòng)、自動(dòng)的多種模式，操作簡(jiǎn)單，自動(dòng)化程度高，適應(yīng)毛巾種類多。
8，在堆碼出料時(shí)，采用了一種自動(dòng)伸縮裝置，通過該裝置，控制傳送帶的伸出和縮進(jìn)，并保證其運(yùn)動(dòng)方向不變，以確保堆碼后的多塊毛巾能通過傳送帶平穩(wěn)地進(jìn)入到下一道輸送帶上。
